"Flip Card" User Agreement
This User Agreement is entered into between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Shanghai Wansu Chaoyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd., along with its affiliates and third-party partners (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), regarding the gaming products and services provided by "Flip Card".
I. About the Agreement Between You and Us

※ 11. When you provide valid personal identification information consistent with your registered identity to protect your legitimate rights and interests, we will provide necessary assistance and support, such as proof of account registration and original registration information, and provide relevant evidence information to relevant administrative authorities and judicial organs as needed.
If you find that your account or a certain game function has been restricted by us and you request us to lift the restriction, you must provide valid personal identification information consistent with your registered identity. After verifying that the information matches, we will begin verification. If we find it was a mistaken operation, we will immediately lift the restriction on your account or function. If you do not provide valid personal identification documents or the documents do not match, we have the right to refuse your request.
If you voluntarily delete your account (according to your application), we will no longer retain your registration information. Therefore, once the account is deleted, regardless of the reason, we will not be able or obligated to restore the registration information for that account. However, we will retain relevant transaction and account records for no less than three years from the date of the transaction.

(5) Promotes cults or superstition;
(6) Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
(7) Promotes obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incites crime;
(8) Insults or defames others, infringing on their lawful rights;
(9) Violates social morality;
(11) Contains other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or state regulations.
Prohibited Cybersecurity Violations
Including but not limited to:
(1) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(2) Unauthorized entry into public computer networks or others' computer systems to delete, modify, or add stored information;
(3) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of our system or network or other actions undermining cybersecurity;
(4) Attempting to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of our system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other actions disrupting normal network information services;
(5) Falsifying TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(6) Exploiting program vulnerabilities or bugs to disrupt normal game operation or spreading such vulnerabilities or bugs;
(7) Other unreasonable interference or obstruction of others' use of our products and services.
Prohibited Actions Damaging Fairness or Order
Including but not limited to:
(1) Actively or passively boosting scores;
(2) Colluding to cheat;
(3) Creating, using, publishing, or distributing any third-party tools or plugins that hinder game fairness (collectively "cheats"). If the system detects you using cheats and issues a verification prompt, you must strictly follow the instructions; otherwise, you will be deemed to be using cheats.
(4) Using bugs or defects to gain undue benefits;
(5) Publicizing cheats, cheating software, or bugs via the internet or other means;
(6) Malicious spamming, kicking, or time-wasting in games, disrupting public order;
(7) Registering and/or logging into multiple accounts to obtain rewards or game items (including but not limited to game items, equipment, currency, etc.) for yourself or others;
(8) Other actions affecting normal service order.
Prohibited Commercial Use
You may only use our products and services as an individual, not for commercial purposes. You may not engage in commercial activities such as advertising or selling goods, or actions infringing our interests, such as selling accounts, game currency, cheats, game items, or equipment.
Prohibited Fraudulent Actions
Do not impersonate developers, service administrators, forum administrators, or moderators to post fraudulent or false information.
VI. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination
※ If any of the following occur, causing you to be unable to use our products normally for more than 24 hours, we will compensate you based on the loss proof you provide:
(1) Inspections, construction, software/hardware updates, system maintenance or upgrades requiring service suspension;
(2) Servers damaged or attacked, unable to function normally;
(3) Network lines or other issues causing delays in connecting to our servers;
(4) Sudden hardware, software, or electronic communication equipment failures.
※ In the following cases, we have the right to interrupt, stop, or change our services. You understand and agree that we only bear the burden of proof for any resulting inconvenience or loss:
Service Interruption (Temporary Suspension)
(1) Force majeure events such as natural disasters;
(2) Emergencies to protect national security or the safety of other members or third parties;
※ (3) You provide false registration information or commit other violations of this agreement.
※ We will notify you of the suspension and its duration, which will be reasonable. After the suspension period ends, we will promptly restore service to you.
Service Changes
(1) You understand and agree that to enrich game content, games may update and change all functions periodically. After updates, all in-game operations, content, and settings will be based on in-game announcements;
(2) If system failures, bugs, program errors, etc., occur, we have the right to restore game data to a certain date to maintain balance;
(3) We have the right to determine pricing standards and methods for our products and services, which may vary by product or service or over time. We may also modify our pricing policies from time to time. Pricing information will be placed prominently on relevant web pages;
(4) In case of server mergers, we have the right to transfer your character files to other servers.
Service Termination
※ (1) If you publish illegal content, severely violate social morality, or commit other legally prohibited acts, we have the right to immediately terminate services to you.
※ (2) If you commit any act under Article V while receiving our services, we have the right to terminate all or part of the services to you.
(3) Characters you delete are not restored within a certain period.
(4) For our paid products and services, you should purchase them according to our pricing policies. If you do not, we may immediately stop providing that product or service.
(5) We will strive to continuously provide products and services but do not rule out the possibility of stopping. If service interruption or cessation occurs solely due to our reasons, we will handle unused in-game currency (cash-equivalent) by consulting most players.
(6) If you have not logged into any game under our system for three consecutive years after registration, you are deemed to have abandoned the account, and we have the right not to retain the account or related data.
We will try to find appropriate service providers or methods to continue providing products and services. In such cases, we may transfer your personal information (including account, password, and other data) to the continuing party or permanently seal data to implement new game methods. You agree to such transfer and change, and after completion, we no longer assume any obligation or liability for your original data.
VII. Virtual Items in Online Games
All virtual items in our games (including but not limited to coins, silver, ingots, items, equipment, etc.) are owned by us. You only have the right to use virtual items in compliance with laws and game rules. Once you purchase the right to use a virtual item, you are deemed to have entered the consumption process and may not request a refund for any reason.
You may obtain virtual items related to the game through various channels provided by us.
In the event of user death, divorce, or other property changes during game operation, and relevant rights holders apply to us for property rights to virtual items, we will assist in accordance with relevant laws (e.g., Inheritance Law, Marriage Law):
(1) For inheritance, applicants must provide notarized wills containing virtual property distribution, or notarized inheritance certificates and agreements, or effective mediation/judgment documents if no will or agreement exists.
(2) For divorce, applicants must provide notarized property division agreements containing virtual property distribution, or effective mediation/judgment documents for divorce proceedings.
We oppose offline trading of virtual items. Any issues arising from offline trading will not be handled by us, and you will bear sole responsibility.
We do not encourage purchasing virtual items from non-designated channels due to risks such as stolen goods. You assume all risks if you insist on doing so.
Non-normal transactions (e.g., large amounts of game currency for cheap items) will be deemed commercial behavior or cheating suspicion, and we may restrict related account trading functions.
Be cautious of scams. We provide support but are not responsible for recovering losses due to personal negligence.
Except for large-scale server disconnections, we are not responsible for individual losses such as deleted/rolled-back characters or lost virtual items/currency due to local network or personal operation issues.
VIII. Privacy Protection

XIII. GM Identity Explanation
GM (Game Master) manages the virtual world order.

XIV. Damage Compensation

XV. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is interpreted, enforced, and governed by Chinese law. If any content conflicts with the law, the law prevails.
Disputes arising from this agreement or supplements shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in Jiading District, Shanghai, where our company is registered.
XVI. Severability
If any clause of this agreement is invalid, the remaining clauses remain effective.

(7) Promotes obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incites crime;
(8) Insults or defames others, infringing on their lawful rights;
(9) Violates social morality;
(11) Contains other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or state regulations.
Prohibited Cybersecurity Violations
Including but not limited to:
(1) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(2) Unauthorized entry into public computer networks or others' computer systems to delete, modify, or add stored information;
(3) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of our system or network or other actions undermining cybersecurity;
(4) Attempting to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of our system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other actions disrupting normal network information services;
(5) Falsifying TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(6) Exploiting program vulnerabilities or bugs to disrupt normal game operation or spreading such vulnerabilities or bugs;
(7) Other unreasonable interference or obstruction of others' use of our products and services.
Prohibited Actions Damaging Fairness or Order
Including but not limited to:
(1) Actively or passively boosting scores;
(2) Colluding to cheat;
(3) Creating, using, publishing, or distributing any third-party tools or plugins that hinder game fairness (collectively "cheats"). If the system detects you using cheats and issues a verification prompt, you must strictly follow the instructions; otherwise, you will be deemed to be using cheats.
(4) Using bugs or defects to gain undue benefits;
(5) Publicizing cheats, cheating software, or bugs via the internet or other means;
(6) Malicious spamming, kicking, or time-wasting in games, disrupting public order;
(7) Registering and/or logging into multiple accounts to obtain rewards or game items (including but not limited to game items, equipment, currency, etc.) for yourself or others;
(8) Other actions affecting normal service order.
Prohibited Commercial Use
You may only use our products and services as an individual, not for commercial purposes. You may not engage in commercial activities such as advertising or selling goods, or actions infringing our interests, such as selling accounts, game currency, cheats, game items, or equipment.
Prohibited Fraudulent Actions
Do not impersonate developers, service administrators, forum administrators, or moderators to post fraudulent or false information.
VI. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination
※ If any of the following occur, causing you to be unable to use our products normally for more than 24 hours, we will compensate you based on the loss proof you provide:
(1) Inspections, construction, software/hardware updates, system maintenance or upgrades requiring service suspension;
(2) Servers damaged or attacked, unable to function normally;
(3) Network lines or other issues causing delays in connecting to our servers;
(4) Sudden hardware, software, or electronic communication equipment failures.
※ In the following cases, we have the right to interrupt, stop, or change our services. You understand and agree that we only bear the burden of proof for any resulting inconvenience or loss:
Service Interruption (Temporary Suspension)
(1) Force majeure events such as natural disasters;
(2) Emergencies to protect national security or the safety of other members or third parties;
※ (3) You provide false registration information or commit other violations of this agreement.
※ We will notify you of the suspension and its duration, which will be reasonable. After the suspension period ends, we will promptly restore service to you.
Service Changes
(1) You understand and agree that to enrich game content, games may update and change all functions periodically. After updates, all in-game operations, content, and settings will be based on in-game announcements;
(2) If system failures, bugs, program errors, etc., occur, we have the right to restore game data to a certain date to maintain balance;
(3) We have the right to determine pricing standards and methods for our products and services, which may vary by product or service or over time. We may also modify our pricing policies from time to time. Pricing information will be placed prominently on relevant web pages;
(4) In case of server mergers, we have the right to transfer your character files to other servers.
Service Termination

(3) Characters you delete are not restored within a certain period.

VII. Virtual Items in Online Games
