End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and SOURCE BYTE Sp. z o.o., Warszawska 40 / 2A, 40-008 Katowice, Polska, KRS: 0000850810, NIP: 9542816866, REGON: 386561446 (“Company”), regarding your use of the video game Mass Edge (“Game”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the Game or any part of it;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software;
Use the Game in any unlawful manner.
3. Ownership
The Game, including all content, graphics, music, code, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the Company.
4. Online Features
The Game may require an internet connection and may include online services. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features at any time without liability.
5. User Content
If the Game allows user-generated content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Game.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
8. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Game.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
