END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and PassWorld Co., Ltd. (Representative: Jeong-kyeom Lee, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) regarding the use of the game: “공가 : The Empty Village (Part 1)”.
1. Engine and Third-Party Components
- The Game was developed using RPG Maker MV, owned by KADOKAWA CORPORATION.
- All rights to the RPG Maker MV engine and its default assets remain the property of their respective rights holders.
- Users may not extract, copy, redistribute, analyze, or reuse any engine structure, default resources, or open-source elements.
2. Grant of License
- The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
- This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
- You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
- You may NOT extract or reuse any game assets, including scripts, images, audio files, or data.
- You may NOT modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game without prior written permission.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All copyrights and publication rights are owned by the developer, PassWorld Co., Ltd.
- All elements, including the story, characters, world-building, and systems, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
- Any sequels, remakes, or spin-offs are solely the property of the Company.
5. Sound and Music
- The original music included in the Game is copyrighted by Kim Tae-Yoon.
- All in-game audio may not be extracted, redistributed, or commercially exploited independently.
6. Review and Content Creation Policy
- Users are permitted to create non-commercial reviews, gameplay videos, and streaming content.
- Unauthorized derivative games or remakes are strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located at the Company’s principal place of business.
