ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing, copying, or using CoraCreaCrafts Games ("Game"), you agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA").
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
CoraCreaCrafts Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use the Game solely for your personal entertainment. You do not own the Game;
you are granted a license to use it.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
- Distribute, rent, lease, or transfer the Game
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the Game for commercial purposes
- Use the Game on a network without proper licensing
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including graphics, music, gameplay mechanics, and designs, are the
exclusive property of CoraCreaCrafts. All rights reserved.
4. NO WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CoraCreaCrafts does not warrant that:
- The Game will meet your requirements
- The Game will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The Game is free of viruses or other harmful components
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL CORACREACRAFTS BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages arising from your inability to use the Game
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
EVEN IF CORACREACRAFTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The total liability of CoraCreaCrafts shall not exceed the amount you paid for
the Game (if any).
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & STEAM INTEGRATION
The Game uses Steam's platform, including:
- Steam Cloud for save file storage
- Steam Achievements system
- Steam Leaderboards
- Steam Input controller support
These services are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement. CoraCreaCrafts
is not liable for unavailability or issues with Steam services.
7. LEADERBOARDS & ONLINE FEATURES
- Leaderboard scores are stored on both Steam and CoraCreaCrafts servers
- CoraCreaCrafts reserves the right to remove scores that violate terms
- Scores may be reset or removed without notice for cheating, exploits, or policy violations
- No guarantees regarding leaderboard accuracy, uptime, or permanence
- Online features may be modified or discontinued at any time
8. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by the Steam Refund Policy:
- Within 14 days of purchase AND
- Less than 2 hours of playtime
CoraCreaCrafts cannot provide refunds outside of Steam's official refund system.
Contact Steam Support for refund requests.
CoraCreaCrafts is not responsible for:
- Refunds denied by Steam
- Issues with Steam account access
- Unauthorized purchases on your account
9. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will
terminate automatically without notice if you breach any term of this EULA.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Game immediately ceases
- You must destroy all copies in your possession
- Sections 3-7 survive termination
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
[YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be exclusively
resolved through:
1. Informal negotiation (30 days)
2. Binding arbitration (if negotiation fails)
You agree to waive your right to jury trial and class action participation.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall
be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions shall remain in effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement, constitutes the entire
agreement between you and CoraCreaCrafts regarding the Game.
13. CHANGES TO EULA
CoraCreaCrafts reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes take
effect upon posting. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of changes.
14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY CLICKING "I AGREE" OR INSTALLING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE
READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
