End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Altaria Studio (Andrzej Łękowski) ("Developer", "we", "our") governing your use of Altaria Online ("Game").
By downloading, installing or using the Game, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any of its content.
2. User Account
Some features require a game account.
You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
providing accurate account information;
all activity performed using your account.
You may not share, sell or transfer your account to another person.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game except where permitted by applicable law;
use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized third-party software;
interfere with the Game servers or network infrastructure;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
copy, distribute or commercially exploit the Game or its assets without permission.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Game.
4. Online Services
Altaria Online is an online multiplayer game.
Certain features require:
an Internet connection;
access to the official game servers;
software updates provided through the official launcher.
Availability of online services may change over time due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
5. Updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, balance changes and new content.
Some updates may be required in order to continue playing online.
6. Virtual Items and Purchases
The Game may include optional virtual items, premium content or virtual currency.
Virtual items:
have no real-world monetary value;
are licensed, not sold;
may not be exchanged for real money except where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and, where purchases are made through Steam, the relevant Steam policies.
7. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
harass or abuse other players;
use offensive or unlawful content;
cheat or exploit bugs;
impersonate other users or staff;
disrupt normal gameplay.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
The Game, including but not limited to:
software;
graphics;
artwork;
music;
text;
game systems;
logos;
the name Altaria Online;
is owned by Altaria Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altaria Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
Nothing in this EULA limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Privacy
The Game may process technical information necessary for operation, including account information, IP address and gameplay data.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially violate this EULA.
