1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, purchasing, running, or playing Where are the Alices? you agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download or play the Game.
2. License
ZimmZimmGames grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.This license does not grant you any ownership rights over the Game.
3. RestrictionsIt is strictly prohibited to: Copy, reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transmit the Game (in whole or in part).Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works, or extract assets from the Game.Remove, obscure, or alter any credits, logos, watermarks, or copyright notices.Use the Game for commercial or public purposes without prior written authorization from ZimmZimmGames.Exception for content on platforms: Non-monetized recordings and broadcasts (streams / Let’s Play) are allowed, provided that the game and the developer (ZimmZimmGames) are clearly credited. Any monetized use (videos with ads, memberships, etc.) requires prior written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, characters (Juno Hare Star, Dominic “Blanco”, etc.), story, dialogue, art, music, code, and any other elements of the Game are the exclusive property of ZimmZimmGames and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay and international treaties.
5. Age and Content Warning (18+) This game is intended strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older.It contains mature and disturbing themes that may affect the sensibilities of some individuals, including:Psychological and physical violence.Trauma, abuse, revenge, and suicidal thoughts.Adult language and explicit or implicit sexual content.Mental health issues and emotional abuse.Intense interrogation scenes and psychological horror.By playing, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. If you are a minor or sensitive to these topics, DO NOT play this game. ZimmZimmGames is not responsible for any negative effects or emotional distress the content may cause.
6. Purchases and Refunds Purchases made through itch.io, Patreon, Ko-fi, or other platforms are governed by the policies of those respective platforms. Once the product key or downloadable file has been delivered, ZimmZimmGames does not offer direct refunds. (Note: According to Law 17.250 of Uruguay, a 5-business-day right of withdrawal exists for distance purchases; however, this right generally does not apply once digital content has been downloaded or activated).
7. Warranties and Limitation of LiabilityThe Game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZimmZimmGames shall not be liable for:Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.Loss of data or technical failures.Any emotional or psychological distress arising from the Game's content.
8. EULA UpdatesWe may update this EULA from time to time. Your continued use of the Game after the publication of a new version constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law and JurisdictionThis agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the city of Montevideo, Uruguay.
