This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and MR SAQLAIN PRODUCTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Licensor", "We", "Us", or "Our") for the software product The Ghost of Solaris, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Game").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE GAME.
1. GRANT OF LICENSESubject to your agreement and continuing compliance with this EULA, MR SAQLAIN PRODUCTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. RESTRICTIONSYou agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
A. Commercialize: Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or otherwise transfer this Game or any copies thereof without the express prior written consent of the Licensor.
B. Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
C. Modify: Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Game.
D. Asset Extraction: Extract, rip, or use any 3D models, textures, audio files, or other assets from the Game for use in your own projects or commercial works.
E. Cheat/Hack: Create, use, or distribute any unauthorized software programs or tools, including but not limited to hacks, cheats, exploits, or bots, that alter the Game's experience.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including but not limited to any patches, updates, characters, storylines, locations, artwork, audio, and visual effects) are owned by MR SAQLAIN PRODUCTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
4. CONTENT CREATION (STREAMING & VIDEO)
We love our community! We actively encourage and grant you permission to create gameplay videos, streams, reviews, and walkthroughs of The Ghost of Solaris and to publish them on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and similar services. You are permitted to monetize this content through partner programs provided by those platforms.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL MR SAQLAIN PRODUCTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan for any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA.
