WANDER PARK - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Grant of License
James Fesh d/b/a Rocket Toast Games ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Wander Park ("Software") for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Reservation of Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any code, themes, objects, characters, artwork, and animations) are owned by the Licensor. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Commercially exploit the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer or assign the Software.
4. Third-Party Content
This Software utilizes third-party music, audio, and engine technologies. Credit and copyright information for these assets are available in the game's credits menu and the accompanying CREDITS.txt file.
5. Third-Party Engine Disclaimer (Flax Engine)
The Software is built using the Flax Engine. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creators and licensors of the Flax Engine explicitly disclaim any representations, warranties, conditions, and liabilities related to the Flax Engine, whether express or implied.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty ("AS IS")
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
