END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of OptiCore GM ("Software").
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Software is licensed, not sold. The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal use.
2. SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS
The Software may modify certain Windows system settings, power configurations, network parameters, and other performance-related configurations.
By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Changes are performed at your own risk.
- System behavior may vary depending on hardware and software configuration.
- The developer is not responsible for unintended side effects, incompatibilities, or performance changes.
3. ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVILEGES
The Software may require administrator privileges to function properly. You acknowledge that granting administrative access is voluntary and done at your own discretion.
4. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
6. NO ANTI-CHEAT CIRCUMVENTION
The Software does not bypass, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent any game anti-cheat systems. It does not modify game files or protected processes.
7. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
The Software may interact with operating system components. The developer is not affiliated with Microsoft, Valve, or any game publisher.
8. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s jurisdiction.
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement.
