END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the video game software and related digital content Vanishing In The Island Halphéra (the "Software") provided by Soghoxal ("Licensor").
The Software is distributed through the Steam platform and is also subject to the platform’s Terms of Service.
By installing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Software.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.
Sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software.
Use the Software for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
1.1 Minimum Age Requirement
The Software is intended for users aged 14 and older. By using the Software, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old.
If you are under 14 years of age, you are not permitted to access or use the Software.
2. Intellectual Property
The Software, including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, text, trademarks, characters, and any other content, is the exclusive property of the Licensor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
3. Distribution Platform
The Software is distributed by Valve Corporation through the Steam platform.
You acknowledge that:
Access to the Software may require an active Steam account.
Online services may depend on third-party infrastructure.
Steam’s Terms of Service and policies apply separately from this Agreement.
The Licensor is not responsible for any limitations, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by the platform.
4. Online Features and Updates
The Software may include online features, automatic updates, or downloadable additional content.
The Licensor reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Software at any time without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties.
The Licensor does not warrant that the Software:
Will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Will be compatible with all hardware or software systems.
Will meet your specific expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
7. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Agreement
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
