This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you (an individual) and PUR GAMES (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"), the creator of the software product Woolgather (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game on your personal devices solely for personal non-commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT:

Copy, distribute, sell, or rent the Game

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the code

Create derivative works based on the Game

Remove any copyright notices

Use cheats or unauthorized third-party modifications

3. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
The Game, including all source code, graphics, music, design, and other materials, is the intellectual property of PUR GAMES and is protected by copyright law.

Woolgather is a trademark of the Developer.

4. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The Game is provided "AS IS". The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Game.
