END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) / DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GAME.
By installing, copying, or using The Silent Expedition Echo Protocol (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by this EULA.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1) LICENSE GRANT
Psycho Dream Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this EULA.
2) RESTRICTIONS
You may not, except where permitted by applicable law:
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Game.
- Modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Game.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3) OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. Psycho Dream Studio and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
4) THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
The Game may include third-party software and assets that are subject to their own license terms. Those license terms may be provided in a THIRD-PARTY NOTICES file and/or within the Game’s credits. Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under any applicable open-source or Creative Commons licenses.
5) ONLINE FEATURES (CO-OP AND IN-GAME VOICE CHAT)
The Game includes optional online features, including co-op multiplayer and in-game voice chat.
Lobby system: A player may host a session and receive a lobby code. Other players may join by entering that code. The Game does not provide a public server browser or server list.
You are responsible for:
- Your internet connection and any fees charged by your network provider.
- Your conduct and communications when using online features, including voice chat.
- Only sharing lobby codes with people you trust.
Psycho Dream Studio does not guarantee that online features will be available at all times or without interruption.
6) USER CONDUCT
When using online features, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other players.
- Transmit unlawful, hateful, or excessively offensive content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Game or other players’ ability to enjoy it.
- Use cheats, exploits, or automation that provides an unfair advantage.
7) ASSUMPTION OF RISK / USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
You use the Game at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the Game’s requirements and for maintaining appropriate protections (including backups, system updates, and security software).
8) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Psycho Dream Studio does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your hardware.
9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PSYCHO DREAM STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, SAVED GAMES, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE GAME, EVEN IF PSYCHO DREAM STUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ANY CASE, PSYCHO DREAM STUDIO’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME (IF ANY).
10) TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and uninstall/delete all copies in your possession or control.
11) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
12) CHANGES TO THIS EULA
Psycho Dream Studio may update this EULA from time to time. If changes are material, the updated EULA may be provided with an updated version of the Game. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the updated EULA.
13) GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of your place of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If local law requires a different governing law or forum, those rules apply.
