By installing or using Lumena, you agree to the following terms:

1. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lumena for personal and commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.

2. User Content
All artwork you create with Lumena is yours. You retain full ownership and rights to anything you make.

3. Steam Workshop
By uploading content to Steam Workshop, you grant other users the right to download and use your shared templates within Lumena. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

4. AI Features
AI features (background removal, upscaling, depth estimation) run locally on your machine. The optional Gemini image generation feature connects to Google's API using your own API key and is subject to Google's terms of service.

5. No Warranty
Lumena is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

6. Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Lumena constitutes acceptance of any changes.
