AGREEMENT TO TERMS
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Fast X Play (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your installation, access to, and use of the video game Cretcell, including all related software, narrative content, updates, patches, downloadable content, music, artwork, audiovisual elements, source and object code, documentation, and all associated materials (collectively, the “Game”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use and refrain from installing or accessing the Game.
If the Game is obtained through the Steam platform, your use is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement provided by Valve Corporation, which operates in conjunction with this Agreement.
LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, Fast X Play grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not constitute a sale of the Game or any ownership interest therein. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game remain exclusively with Fast X Play. Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are expressly reserved.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Cretcell is a proprietary, story-driven interactive experience. All elements of the Game, including but not limited to:
• Storyline, plot development, and narrative structure
• Characters, dialogue, scripts, and world-building
• Visual assets, environments, user interface, and artistic design
• Music, sound effects, voice recordings, and audio composition
• Software code, mechanics, systems architecture, and gameplay functionality
are the exclusive property of Fast X Play and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws?
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public performance, modification, derivative creation, or commercial exploitation of any portion of the Game is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
CONTENT CREATION & STREAMING
Fast X Play permits users to capture, stream, and share gameplay footage for non-commercial purposes, including monetized platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, provided that such use complies with the following conditions:
• Extracted assets (including but not limited to models, textures, music, scripts, or code) may not be redistributed independently of gameplay footage.
• The complete unedited narrative experience may not be uploaded in a manner that substitutes for purchasing or playing the Game.
• Users may not claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights in the Game or its intellectual property.
Fast X Play reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request removal of any content that it determines to be infringing, misleading, harmful to the integrity of the Game, or otherwise inconsistent with this Agreement.
RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Game;
• Extract, mine, or reuse any proprietary assets or data;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Distribute unauthorized, pirated, cracked, or otherwise altered versions of the Game;
• Exploit the Game for unauthorized commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Any breach of this section shall constitute a material violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your license.
DMCA & COPYRIGHT POLICY
Fast X Play respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
If you believe that any content relating to Cretcell infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification containing the following:
Your full legal name and valid contact information;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Fast X Play does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fast X Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Game.
In no event shall Fast X Play’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Game.
TERMINATION
This license shall automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and permanently delete all copies in your possession or control.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
