This End User License Agreement applies to Phantom Veil, developed and published by Silentvigil Studios.
By installing, accessing, or using Phantom Veil, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, do not install or use the game.
1. License
Silentvigil Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Phantom Veil for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. Ownership
Phantom Veil, including its software, code, graphics, music, sound effects, characters, story, design, logos, names, and all related content, is owned by Silentvigil Studios or its licensors.
This agreement does not give you ownership of the game. It only gives you a license to use the game under the terms described here.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the game;
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the game, except where permitted by law;
- use the game for commercial purposes without written permission from Silentvigil Studios;
- use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software that affects the game;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4. Updates and Changes
Silentvigil Studios may provide updates, patches, fixes, or changes to Phantom Veil at any time. These updates may be required to continue using the game.
5. User Content
If Phantom Veil allows players to create, upload, or share content, you are responsible for the content you create or share.
You must not create or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Privacy
Phantom Veil may collect limited technical or gameplay-related information necessary to operate, improve, or support the game. Any handling of personal data will be subject to the applicable privacy policy of Silentvigil Studios.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Phantom Veil is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Silentvigil Studios does not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every system.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silentvigil Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Phantom Veil.
9. Termination
This license will automatically terminate if you violate this agreement. If the license is terminated, you must stop using Phantom Veil and delete any copies in your possession.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the country or region where Silentvigil Studios operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
