END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Hope Simulation Studio ("Developer") regarding the use of the video game "Dubai Chewy Cookie Simulator" ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed to you, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the Game) are owned by the Developer.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
(a) Distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, convert, or otherwise transfer or assign the Game.
(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Game.
(c) Modify or create derivative works based on the Game without the Developer's express written consent.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
