By installing, launching, or using the Game, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. Definitions
For purposes of this EULA:

“Game” means The Guest: Home Alone software, including executables, updates, patches, downloadable content (if any), files, assets, and documentation.
“Developer” means Armando Chereti De León / reycgfSTUDIO.
“User” means the person who installs or uses the Game.
“Content” means any material in the Game: code, art, 3D models, textures, music, sounds, script, dialogue, UI, cinematics, logos, and trademarks.
“Platform” means the distributor/store where the Game is obtained.
2. Acceptance of the Agreement
This EULA is a legal agreement between the User and the Developer. By installing, launching, or using the Game, the User agrees to this EULA in full. If the User does not agree, they must not install, launch, or use the Game.

3. License Grant
The Developer grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to:

Install and run the Game on devices controlled by the User, subject to the Platform’s rules where the Game was acquired.
Use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This license is not a sale. The User does not obtain ownership of the Game or the Content.

4. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses
The User agrees NOT to do, or allow others to do, any of the following:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game or its Content, in whole or in part, without the Developer’s express authorization.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or transfer the Game or this license, except as expressly allowed by the Platform.
Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent strictly permitted by law.
Extract, repackage, reuse, or redistribute assets (models, textures, audio, music, script, dialogue, UI, etc.) outside the Game.
Circumvent DRM, license checks, technical protections, or security mechanisms.
Use the Game for unlawful or harmful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
Use the Game or Content for automated scraping, data mining, or model training without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game and all Content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to the User are reserved by the Developer and/or applicable licensors.

6. Third-Party Content
The Game may include third-party licensed content. Such content remains subject to its applicable licenses. The User agrees that use of such content is limited to what is permitted within the Game and under this EULA.

7. Updates and Changes
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or improvements. These may modify or remove features, adjust balance, fix bugs, or change content. Updates are part of the Game and are covered by this EULA.

8. Content Warning
The Guest: Home Alone is a psychological horror game. It may include disturbing imagery, psychological tension, loud or sudden sounds, flickering lights, and unsettling situations. The User uses the Game at their own risk.

9. User Conduct
The User agrees to use the Game responsibly. If the Game includes any interaction features, the User must not use them to harass, threaten, defame, or violate the rights of others.

10. Platform and Third-Party Services
Use of the Game may also be subject to the Platform’s terms. If there is a conflict between this EULA and mandatory Platform terms, mandatory Platform terms will prevail to the extent strictly necessary.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, device damage, or any damages arising out of use of, or inability to use, the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if the User breaches any term. Upon termination, the User must stop using the Game and delete all copies under their control, to the extent applicable and permitted by the Platform.

14. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. No Waiver
Failure by the Developer to enforce any right or provision of this EULA will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico), without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute shall be submitted to competent jurisdiction in Mexico.

18. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Developer regarding use of the Game and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter.
