Please read this Agreement carefully before installing, launching, or using the Software.
By installing, launching, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
Your purchase, download, and use of the Software through Steam are also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Steam terms. This Agreement applies only to the Software and does not replace Steam's terms.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use through Steam.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by the Developer.
2. Description of the Software
3D Game Library is a desktop utility that displays a user's game library as a 3D visual collection, including package-style boxes, grid layouts, desktop wallpaper-style presentation, and related customization features.
The Software may access Steam-related information, local configuration data, cached artwork, custom images, monitor or display settings, and game or library metadata in order to display, organize, and customize your game collection.
3. Steam, Game Artwork, and Third-Party Content
Game titles, cover art, logos, trademarks, screenshots, icons, and other related materials displayed by the Software are the property of their respective owners.
The Software displays such materials only for identification, organization, and personal library visualization purposes.
The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, Wallpaper Engine, any game publisher, any game developer, or any third-party rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.
Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries.
You are responsible for ensuring that any custom images, covers, files, or other materials you add to the Software are lawful and that you have the right to use them.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Use the Software for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included with the Software.
- Use the Software in a way that interferes with Steam, Windows, Wallpaper Engine, or other third-party software or services.
- Use the Software to collect, misuse, or disclose another person's Steam-related information without authorization.
5. User Content and Customization
The Software may allow you to select or use custom images, covers, layouts, configuration files, or other user-provided content.
You retain any rights you have in your own content. However, you are solely responsible for that content and for any consequences of using it with the Software.
The Developer is not responsible for user-provided content, including copyrighted, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate materials added by users.
6. Desktop and System Behavior
The Software may interact with desktop windows, wallpaper-related behavior, monitor settings, Steam launch behavior, graphics settings, or other system-level presentation features.
While the Software is designed to work safely as a desktop utility, compatibility may vary depending on your Windows version, graphics drivers, monitor configuration, Steam settings, Wallpaper Engine settings, antivirus software, and other installed programs.
You are responsible for using the Software in a suitable environment and for maintaining backups of important system settings, configuration files, and other important data.
7. Updates and Changes
The Developer may provide updates, patches, fixes, or changes to the Software at any time. These updates may add, modify, or remove features.
If this Agreement is materially changed, the Developer will provide notice through Steam, the Software, the Steam store page, or another reasonable method where required by law.
Continued use of the Software after an update or after changes to this Agreement become effective means you accept the updated Software and the updated Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Online Services and Third-Party Services
Some features of the Software may depend on Steam, Steam Web API, internet connectivity, artwork sources, operating system behavior, or other third-party services.
The Developer does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, unavailable metadata, missing artwork, login issues, regional restrictions, or changes made by third-party platforms.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using third-party services in connection with the Software.
9. Privacy
The Software may use local settings, Steam-related data, cached artwork, game metadata, custom images, logs, and configuration data as necessary to provide its features.
For more information about how data is handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy section below.
10. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, compatibility, and error-free performance.
The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will meet your expectations, work with every system configuration, remain compatible with all third-party software, or be free from bugs, interruptions, or data loss.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, system issues, software conflicts, business interruption, or inability to use the Software.
In no event shall the Developer's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Refunds
Purchases, refunds, and related transactions are handled through Steam and are subject to Steam's refund policies and terms.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
13. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, restrictions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, severability, and entire agreement provisions, will survive termination.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
15. Contact
If you have questions about this Agreement or the Software, please contact the Developer through the official Steam store page, Steam Community Hub, or the support contact information provided for the Software.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings related to the Software.

Locally stored data remains on your device unless you delete it, reset the Software, clear the relevant files, or uninstall the Software.
3. Data Collection and Sharing
The Software does not sell your personal data.
The Software does not collect, transmit, or share personal data with the Developer unless a feature of the Software clearly requires online communication or you voluntarily provide information for support, feedback, bug reports, or troubleshooting.
If the Software requests Steam-related metadata, artwork, or other online resources, Steam or other third-party services may receive normal technical information associated with that request, such as your IP address or request details. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account, device, files, and custom content secure.
9. Children's Privacy
The Software is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to the Developer, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
10. Your Choices
You may delete locally stored Software data by using available reset or delete options in the Software, deleting the relevant local files, or uninstalling the Software.
You may choose not to provide support-related information, but this may limit the Developer's ability to investigate or respond to your request.
Steam account and purchase-related data must be managed through Steam and Valve's own account, privacy, and support tools.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will provide notice through Steam, the Software, the Steam store page, or another reasonable method where required by law.
