This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, hereinafter "User") and CXLIV Studio (hereinafter "Licensor") for the use of the software [Software Name] (the "Software").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Non-Exclusive License: Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software via the Steam platform for personal or professional purposes.

DLC Licensing: The purchase of specific DLCs (e.g., TCG Templates, Manga Presets) unlocks specific algorithmic interfaces and assets within the Software. These licenses are bound to your Steam account.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ALGORITHM PROTECTION
Proprietary Rights: All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software—including but not limited to the Double-Sided Alignment Algorithms, 1024-Color Translucent Layering Logic, Vectorization Engine, and HD Generation Mode Code—are owned exclusively by CXLIV Studio.

Restrictions on Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, nor attempt to extract the source code or core slicing logic of the Software.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
Assets & Images: Ownership of any original images or 3D models imported into the Software remains with the User.

G-code Ownership: Ownership and disposal rights of the G-code files generated by the Software, and the resulting physical 3D printed objects, belong to the User. Commercial sale of your physical 3D printed products is permitted.

Configuration Sharing: Users are permitted to share their personal 1024-color calibration profiles, provided they do not distribute modified binary files of the Software.

4. FILAMENT & HARDWARE SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Filament Compatibility: This Software supports user-defined filaments (PETG recommended). Licensor provides no legal guarantee regarding the print quality, structural integrity, or color accuracy of any third-party filament brands.

Hardware Liability: 3D printing involves physical heat and mechanical movement. Licensor is not liable for any hardware failures (e.g., nozzle clogs, bed damage) or safety incidents (e.g., fire) resulting from the use of G-code generated by the Software. Users must operate 3D printers under supervision at all times.

5. ACCURACY OF CALIBRATION DATA
1024-Color System: Calibration accuracy is highly dependent on user-inputted data and ambient lighting conditions. The Software does not guarantee perfect visual reproduction in all environments; results are intended for creative reference.

6. DLC & REFUND POLICY
The sale of DLCs is subject to the refund policies of the Steam platform. CXLIV Studio encourages users to respect the creative labor involved in these specialized modules.

7. TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement (e.g., distributing cracked versions or reverse-engineering algorithms). Upon termination, CXLIV Studio reserves the right to revoke access via Steam.

Developer Implementation Advice for CXLIV Studio:
Placement: In the Steamworks backend, you can upload this text to the "EULA" section so that users must click "I Agree" before downloading or upon the first launch.

Commercial Freedom: Note that Section 3 explicitly allows users to sell their prints. This is a massive selling point for "Side-Hustle" makers (the TCG and Keychain community) and should be highlighted in your marketing.

Liability Shield: Section 4 is your most important protection. Since your G-code controls physical machines, you must ensure you are not held responsible for a user's faulty printer or cheap filament.
