[QPopGirl] End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, hereinafter "User") and [Emotion Dynamics] (hereinafter "Company"). By downloading, installing, or using [QPopGirl] (hereinafter "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not constitute a sale of the ownership of the Software.
2. Restrictions The User shall not:
Copy, translate, modify, or create derivative works of the Software, in whole or in part.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
Rent, lease, or sell the Software for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.
3. Intellectual Property Rights All rights, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and all content contained therein (including but not limited to code, graphics, sounds, characters, stories, etc.) belong to the Company. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Company.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is") The Software is provided "As-Is." The Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or operate without interruption, and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business profits, business interruption, etc.) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
6. Termination The Company may immediately terminate this License if the User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Software.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Republic of Korea]. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [Seoul Central District Court].
