1. License Grant.
KittiCat Games Ltd ("KittiCat Games"), a company established and operating under the legislation of the United Kingdom (reg. number: 14140421), with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game "Project:Z3R0 Ch 1&2" ("Game") on your personal computer or mobile device.
2. Restrictions on Use.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game or any portion of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any portion of it. You may not modify the Game or any portion of it. You may not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notices in the Game or any portion of it.
3. Ownership.
The Game is owned by KittiCat Games and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. KittiCat Games retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Termination.
This EULA is effective until terminated. KittiCat Games may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
5. Warranty Disclaimer.
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KittiCat Games does not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. KittiCat Games is not responsible for any problems caused by modifications or alterations to the Game.
6. Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall KittiCat Games be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if KittiCat Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KittiCat Games is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Entire Agreement.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and KittiCat Games with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and KittiCat Games regarding the Game.
9. Acknowledgment.
By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
