By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Last Convoy ("the Game"), you agree to the following terms:

Twohuyak Production grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

The Game, including all content, code, graphics, sounds, and other materials, is owned by Twohuyak Production and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  
• Remove any proprietary notices from the Game
  
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission

Any content you create using the Game remains yours, but you grant Twohuyak Production a license to use it for promotional purposes.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TWOHUYAK PRODUCTION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TWOHUYAK PRODUCTION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.
