User Agreement
Preamble
This User Registration Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") and the Game Developer Qingdao Jianglin Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Registered Address: Apartment 415, No. 7 Changjiang West Road, Huangdao District (Former Development Zone), Qingdao City, Shandong Province, hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") regarding the products and services provided by the Developer on the Steam Platform (including the game services and other online services currently provided and potentially to be provided in the future, collectively referred to as the "Products and Services").
By accessing the game's store page on the Steam Platform, downloading, installing, launching the game, and/or logging into or using any Products and Services provided by the Developer through a Steam Account, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. You may not claim this Agreement is invalid or seek its revocation on the grounds of not having read it or not having received answers to specific questions from the Developer. Please read all terms carefully, paying particular attention to clauses concerning limitation of liability, exemption from liability, jurisdiction, and applicable law. Key clauses, including limitations and disclaimers, are highlighted in bold. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 16, the Developer reserves the right to amend this Agreement from time to time. The updated agreement will become effective immediately upon publication. Please check regularly for updates.
1. Service Content
The specific content of the Products and Services is determined by the Developer based on actual circumstances, such as online games published on the Steam Platform and related online services. The Developer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the Products and Services at any time.
The Developer may charge fees for certain Products and Services. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant pages. If you do not agree to pay the relevant fees, you may choose not to accept the corresponding Products and Services. All payment transactions conducted through the Steam Platform are also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and payment terms set by Valve Corporation.
The Developer provides Products and Services via servers connected to the internet. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary equipment (e.g., computer, modem) and for bearing the associated costs (e.g., internet access fees) to connect to the internet.
You shall use genuine software to receive the Products and Services. Costs associated with such software shall be borne by you.
2. Account Use and Management
By reading, agreeing to this Agreement, and successfully logging into this game via your Steam Account, you become a user of this game. Your in-game identity ("Game Character") will be associated with your Steam Account. All matters related to your Steam Account (including but not limited to registration, login, security, payment, community conduct) must comply with the relevant rules, policies, and user agreements of the Steam Platform and Valve Corporation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam Account and password. Selling, transferring, lending, or sharing your Steam Account is prohibited. The Developer shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence or the actions of any third party.
If you discover any anomalies or suspected unauthorized access to your Steam Account, you should immediately utilize the security measures provided by the Steam Platform or contact Steam Support. Issues concerning the Steam Account itself, such as theft or fraud, should be reported directly to Steam Support.
Minors under the age of eighteen should read this Agreement accompanied by a guardian and may only use this game under the supervision of the guardian and with the guardian's full consent to this Agreement and the use of the Products and Services (including payments), via the guardian's Steam Account. If a minor uses another's identity or provides false information to register, use services, or make payments, causing losses to the Developer, the guardian shall bear full compensation liability. The Developer reserves the right to restrict or terminate game services associated with such an account. The Developer may determine a user's status as a minor based on the provided identification information.
Account/Character Deletion
(1) Conditions for deleting a game character or character data are specified within the game or on the official website.
(2) Before requesting character deletion, you should properly handle the virtual property associated with that character.
(3) Matters regarding Steam Account deletion must fully follow the rules and processes of the Steam Platform.
Server Mergers and Data Processing
You understand and agree that to optimize server resources and improve the game environment, the Developer has the right to merge multiple game servers when necessary. Prior to a server merger, the Developer will notify users via reasonable means such as in-game announcements or notices on the Steam store page and publish specific rules. Server mergers may lead to changes in game data (e.g., characters, levels, virtual items). Specific rules are subject to official announcements. Contact official customer service with any questions regarding post-merger data processing.
3. User Information
Information Provision and Verification
(1) Logging in via your Steam Account signifies that the information provided by your Steam Account is authentic, legal, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for the information you provide.
(2) By using your Steam Account to log into this game, you agree that the Developer may obtain necessary account information from the Steam Platform (such as Steam ID, nickname, avatar) to enable game functionality.
(3) Collected user information will be used to create game characters, provide services, and fulfill legal obligations. The Developer will handle this information in accordance with Article 4 of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
(4) If the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, illegal, or outdated, the Developer has the right to suspend or terminate services until you correct the information.
(5) The Developer will take reasonable measures to protect user information security. You are also responsible for safeguarding your Steam Account and are liable for all activities conducted through it.
You have the right to query your relevant personal information within the game by contacting customer service.
Modifications to your Steam Account name or profile information should be made through the Steam Platform in accordance with its rules.
You agree that all data records related to the game services (including but not limited to login, behavior, and consumption records) shall be based on the Developer's system records.
4. Information Disclosure and Protection
"User Information" herein refers to registration information and non-public information stored with the Developer during your use of the services.
To provide services, the Developer may collect User Information during your use. This information may become part of the Developer's trade secrets.
Protecting user privacy is a fundamental principle of the Developer. The Developer will employ reasonable technical and managerial measures to safeguard User Information security.
Except in the following circumstances, the Developer undertakes not to publicly disclose or provide User Information to third parties:
(1) With the consent of the User or their guardian;
(2) As required by laws and regulations;
(3) Upon request by judicial or administrative authorities following legal procedures;
(4) When necessary for the Developer to initiate litigation or arbitration to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
To provide services, the Developer may transmit necessary User Information to third parties who undertake confidentiality obligations no less stringent than those herein. You understand and agree to this.
The Developer has the right to conduct statistical analysis on the user database for commercial purposes without identifying specific users.
The Developer will adopt commercially reasonable technical measures to protect the security of your personal information.
5. User Rights
You have the right to use the Products and Services in accordance with this Agreement and other rules published by the Developer.
You may voluntarily obtain information about game events and updates by means such as following the Steam Community Hub or subscribing to game updates.
You have the right to supervise the services provided by the Developer and to offer opinions and suggestions.
If you disagree with this Agreement or subsequent modifications, or are dissatisfied with the services provided, you may cease using them at any time. Upon cessation, the Developer's obligations to you shall terminate.
6. User Conduct
You agree to comply with this Agreement and game rules published by the Developer from time to time, and you bear responsibility for all actions under your account. Violations will result in corresponding consequences.
When using the services, you must comply with laws, regulations, and public order and good customs, and bear independent responsibility for the content you publish. Your account name, in-game character names, guild names, etc., must not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
You must not engage in, including but not limited to, the following behaviors:
Publishing information that violates laws and regulations, endangers national security, undermines national unity, promotes cults or violence, pornography, gambling, or other illegal or harmful information.
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others.
Engaging in any behavior that undermines game fairness, such as using cheats, hacks, exploits (bugs), maliciously exploiting mechanics for illegitimate gain, etc.
Conducting any behavior that harms network security, such as invading servers, spreading viruses, launching attacks, etc.
Disrupting the normal operation and order of the game, such as spamming, spreading false information, conducting real-money trading (RMT), defrauding other users, etc.
Hindering the Developer from providing services, or harassing, insulting, or threatening customer service personnel (GMs).
Using the services for any commercial activities or profiting without authorization.
Any behavior that violates the Steam Community Guidelines and Rules.
The Developer has the right to monitor user behavior and data. The Developer will take severe action against activities like account theft and theft of virtual items, and reserves the right to recover involved items, freeze, or ban related accounts. You should cooperate with investigations.
If you violate the conduct rules, the Developer has the right to impose one or more penalties depending on the severity, including but not limited to: warning, mute, forced disconnect, temporary/permanent suspension of game functions or account, character deletion, deduction of in-game gains, disbanding organizations, etc., and may require you to compensate for losses caused to the Developer or third parties. In severe cases, the matter may be referred to judicial authorities.
7. Game Management
Game Masters (GMs) are responsible for maintaining game order. GMs will not interfere with normal gameplay, ask for passwords, or resolve personal disputes. You should cooperate with GMs and provide feedback through official channels if needed.
The Developer has the right to merge or migrate game servers based on operational needs. Relevant data transfer rules are subject to announcements. You understand that game data is stored on the Developer's servers, but the account system relies on the Steam Platform. The Developer is not liable for data access anomalies or loss due to Steam Platform policies, your network environment, or device/system differences, except where caused by the Developer's gross negligence.
The Developer complies with Chinese laws and regulations and implements a "Minor Anti-Addiction System" for users within China. This system restricts play time and spending for users who are not identity-verified or are verified as minors. Specific rules are announced within the game.
The Developer has established a "Parental Guardian Program" according to national policies. Guardians can apply through designated procedures to manage a minor's game activities.
The Developer will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the relevant systems but cannot guarantee they are flawless or always operational, and provides no warranty beyond that stipulated by applicable law.
8. Fee Policy
Information regarding fees, pricing standards, payment methods, and purchasing methods for Products and Services is detailed on the game's Steam store page.
The Developer has the right to establish and adjust the fee policy, which will be published on the Steam store page and other prominent locations.
You should purchase Products and Services according to the published fee policy. Your purchase and payment transactions are completed through the Steam Platform and are also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, you may not request a refund for any fees paid (whether consumed or not). Refund requests must be submitted primarily in accordance with the Steam Platform's Refund Policy and process. If the Developer agrees to a refund, it reserves the right to deduct relevant transaction fees. Virtual currency, items, etc., gifted by the Developer are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Account Deletion
If the Steam Account associated with the game was registered by a guardian for a minor, any requests concerning that account (including restrictions, deletion, etc.) should be initiated by the guardian through the respective processes on the Steam Platform.

Special Statement
We declare that we currently do not engage in behavior that creates user profiles based on collected user information or behavioral data to send targeted marketing information to specific groups.
Payment and Settlement
When you purchase virtual goods or services within the Game through the Steam Platform, the payment process is handled by the Steam Platform and its payment partners. We only receive necessary information related to your order from the Steam Platform (such as order number, product information, purchase time) to deliver virtual goods, manage transaction status, and provide customer service. Your specific payment information and refund requests are subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Refund Policy.
Security Assurance

You agree to comply with this Agreement and game rules published by the Developer from time to time, and you bear responsibility for all actions under your account. Violations will result in corresponding consequences.
When using the services, you must comply with laws, regulations, and public order and good customs, and bear independent responsibility for the content you publish. Your account name, in-game character names, guild names, etc., must not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
You must not engage in, including but not limited to, the following behaviors:
Publishing information that violates laws and regulations, endangers national security, undermines national unity, promotes cults or violence, pornography, gambling, or other illegal or harmful information.
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others.
Engaging in any behavior that undermines game fairness, such as using cheats, hacks, exploits (bugs), maliciously exploiting mechanics for illegitimate gain, etc.
Conducting any behavior that harms network security, such as invading servers, spreading viruses, launching attacks, etc.
Disrupting the normal operation and order of the game, such as spamming, spreading false information, conducting real-money trading (RMT), defrauding other users, etc.
Hindering the Developer from providing services, or harassing, insulting, or threatening customer service personnel (GMs).
Using the services for any commercial activities or profiting without authorization.
Any behavior that violates the Steam Community Guidelines and Rules.
The Developer has the right to monitor user behavior and data. The Developer will take severe action against activities like account theft and theft of virtual items, and reserves the right to recover involved items, freeze, or ban related accounts. You should cooperate with investigations.
If you violate the conduct rules, the Developer has the right to impose one or more penalties depending on the severity, including but not limited to: warning, mute, forced disconnect, temporary/permanent suspension of game functions or account, character deletion, deduction of in-game gains, disbanding organizations, etc., and may require you to compensate for losses caused to the Developer or third parties. In severe cases, the matter may be referred to judicial authorities.
7. Game Management
Game Masters (GMs) are responsible for maintaining game order. GMs will not interfere with normal gameplay, ask for passwords, or resolve personal disputes. You should cooperate with GMs and provide feedback through official channels if needed.
The Developer has the right to merge or migrate game servers based on operational needs. Relevant data transfer rules are subject to announcements. You understand that game data is stored on the Developer's servers, but the account system relies on the Steam Platform. The Developer is not liable for data access anomalies or loss due to Steam Platform policies, your network environment, or device/system differences, except where caused by the Developer's gross negligence.
The Developer complies with Chinese laws and regulations and implements a "Minor Anti-Addiction System" for users within China. This system restricts play time and spending for users who are not identity-verified or are verified as minors. Specific rules are announced within the game.
The Developer has established a "Parental Guardian Program" according to national policies. Guardians can apply through designated procedures to manage a minor's game activities.
The Developer will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the relevant systems but cannot guarantee they are flawless or always operational, and provides no warranty beyond that stipulated by applicable law.
8. Fee Policy
Information regarding fees, pricing standards, payment methods, and purchasing methods for Products and Services is detailed on the game's Steam store page.
The Developer has the right to establish and adjust the fee policy, which will be published on the Steam store page and other prominent locations.
You should purchase Products and Services according to the published fee policy. Your purchase and payment transactions are completed through the Steam Platform and are also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, you may not request a refund for any fees paid (whether consumed or not). Refund requests must be submitted primarily in accordance with the Steam Platform's Refund Policy and process. If the Developer agrees to a refund, it reserves the right to deduct relevant transaction fees. Virtual currency, items, etc., gifted by the Developer are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Account Deletion
If the Steam Account associated with the game was registered by a guardian for a minor, any requests concerning that account (including restrictions, deletion, etc.) should be initiated by the guardian through the respective processes on the Steam Platform.

Payment and Settlement
When you purchase virtual goods or services within the Game through the Steam Platform, the payment process is handled by the Steam Platform and its payment partners.
