END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
By downloading, installing, or playing this game (“Game”), you agree to this EULA.
1) License
NoCap Studios LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial use.
2) Restrictions
You may not: (a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Game; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where permitted by law; (c) use the Game to develop or distribute cheats, malware, or disruptive code; (d) remove or alter copyright or trademark notices.
3) User Content (if applicable)
If the Game allows you to upload or share content, you are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it. You grant NoCap Studios LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display that content for operating the Game.
4) Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.
5) Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. NoCap Studios LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Game.
6) Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, [STUDIO/NAME] disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7) Governing Law
