This End User License Agreement governs the relationship between the user and the developer of the game COS-MOS. By installing or using the game, the user agrees to the terms of this agreement. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the game.
The developer grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game on a personal computer for personal non-commercial purposes only. Ownership of the game is not transferred to the user.
The user is prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, modifying, decompiling or otherwise interfering with the game or its source code. The use of cheats, bots, exploits or any methods that disrupt the normal operation of the game or other users is prohibited.
The game includes online features. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, server availability or absence of technical issues.
The game is provided “as is”. The developer is not liable for any damages, data loss, system failures or other consequences resulting from the use of the game.
All rights to the game, including code, visual assets and audio, belong to the developer or are used under third-party licenses.
The developer reserves the right to modify or update the game at any time, including adding or removing content, changing mechanics or releasing additional content.
This license is terminated if the user violates the terms of this agreement.
The game does not directly collect personal user data. Data processing may be performed by the distribution platform.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the developer’s country.
By using the game, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
