PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR PLAYING PIXEL DIVERS ("SOFTWARE").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, LAUNCHING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.


Pixel Explorers LLC ("Licensor," "We," "Us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and play one (1) copy of Pixel Divers solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on authorized personal computers or gaming platforms.


We encourage community creativity! You are permitted to modify, alter, customize, or create original user mods for Pixel Divers ("Mods"), subject strictly to the following conditions:

• a. Personal & Non-Commercial Use: All Mods must be created and used solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, or place paywalls in front of any Mods or game modifications.
• b. No Full Game Redistribution: You MAY NOT package, re-upload, share, or distribute modified versions of the full game, base game executables (.exe), core code, or complete proprietary asset bundles.
• c. Standalone Mod Files: Original custom script files, textures, or add-ons created by you may be shared with the community, provided they require a legitimately purchased copy of Pixel Divers to function and do not contain pirated base game files.

Except as explicitly permitted in Section 2 above, you agree that you WILL NOT:

• a. Unauthorized Sharing: Copy, upload, re-upload, stream-host, seed, or distribute full or partial copies of the Software across torrent networks, file-hosting platforms, cloud drives, or direct transfer systems.
• b. Commercial Exploitation: Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publish, monetize, or commercially exploit the Software or any portion thereof without explicit written permission from Pixel Explorers LLC.
• c. Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software's underlying code for the purpose of creating unauthorized standalone copies or competing commercial products.
• d. Proprietary Notices: Remove, alter, or conceal any copyright, trademark, or legal ownership notices embedded within or on the Software.

Any unauthorized sharing, piracy, or commercial distribution terminates this license immediately and constitutes copyright infringement under applicable federal and international laws.



The Software is licensed to you, not sold. Pixel Explorers LLC retains all right, title, and ownership interest in and to Pixel Divers, including all game code, visual artwork, audio, lore, designs, trademarks, and associated intellectual property rights.



This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and uninstall or destroy all copies in your possession.



THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL EXPLORERS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.



TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXEL EXPLORERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.



This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
