END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and [Your Name / Studio Name] (“Developer”) governing your use of [Game Title] (“Game”).
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant

3. Ownership
The Game and all associated content (including code, art, audio, design, and trademarks) are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game.
4. No Online Services or Purchases
The Game is offline-only and does not include:
Online features
In-app purchases
Subscriptions
Microtransactions
No personal data is collected by the Game itself.
5. User-Generated Content
The Game does not support user-generated content.
6. Updates and Patches
The Developer may provide updates or patches at their discretion. Updates may modify or remove features. There is no obligation to provide future updates or support.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
In no event shall the Developer’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the Game.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country / State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
