This Application includes a feature that imports and displays images stored on your device (hereinafter referred to as "Local Images") within the Application. By using this feature, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms:

Any actions, including but not limited to importing Local Images, taking screenshots of the Application's gameplay screens that include such images, streaming videos, posting on social media (SNS), and sharing, shall be performed entirely at your own responsibility.

The Service Provider shall assume no responsibility whatsoever if an image you import infringes upon a third party's copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights, or if any trouble arises that violates public order and morals.

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises with a third party, you shall resolve it at your own expense and responsibility, and you shall hold the Service Provider harmless from any damages.

This Application includes a leaderboard feature that saves game scores and other data on a server along with your device environment information and discloses them to other players. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:

The username you set, your acquired scores, and platform information used for gameplay (such as OS type) will be disclosed to other third parties who use this Application.

Usernames must not include personally identifiable information (such as real names), words that infringe upon third-party rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights), words that violate public order and morals, or words that slander or defame others.

If the Service Provider deems a username to be inappropriate, the Service Provider may take measures such as changing the username, deleting scores, or suspending the use of the leaderboard feature without prior notice to you.

This Application is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the Service Provider makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of this Application, its fitness for a particular purpose, or the non-infringement of third-party rights. The Service Provider shall assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect damages incurred by you arising from the use of this Application.

The Service Provider may amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users in the event of changes to laws and regulations, service updates, or when otherwise deemed necessary. The amended Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on this page, and by continuing to use this Application, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising between the user and the Service Provider regarding this Application or these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive agreement court of first instance.
