End User License Agreement - Secrets of Asherah 2
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and David Barnesky ("Licensor") for the game Secrets of Asherah 2 ("the Game").
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on platforms authorized by Steam.
2. Ownership
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property in the Game (including code, artwork, music, designs, and the "Secrets of Asherah" name and logo) remain with David Barnesky. © 2025-2026 David Barnesky. All rights reserved.
3. Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, rent, lease, or create derivative works based on the Game without express written permission.
4. Online Services & Accounts
The Game requires an internet connection and may use in-game accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Licensor may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this EULA or the game's community rules.
5. Premium Features & Purchases
Any purchases (e.g., cosmetic items, housing upgrades) are final and non-refundable except as provided by Steam's Refund Policy. Purchases do not confer ownership—only a license to use within the Game.
6. No Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Game.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
8. Steam Terms
This EULA is supplemental to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Refund Policy, which take precedence where they conflict.
By installing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
