End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer (“Developer”) of the game Streamer vs. Chat (“Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Twitch Integration Requirement
The Game is fully dependent on integration with the Twitch platform.
Core gameplay features require a working connection to Twitch and its related services, APIs, and infrastructure.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The Game cannot function properly without access to Twitch.
If Twitch services are unavailable, changed, restricted, discontinued, or shut down, the Game may become partially or fully unplayable.
The Developer has no control over Twitch services or their availability.
By using the Game, you accept this dependency and understand that continued functionality of the Game is not guaranteed.
3. No Guarantee of Availability
The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be available, functional, or supported indefinitely.
The Developer shall not be held responsible for:
Downtime or shutdown of Twitch or related services
Changes to Twitch APIs or policies
Loss of functionality caused by third-party platforms
4. Updates and Changes
The Developer may, at their discretion:
Update, modify, or patch the Game
Add, change, or remove features
Discontinue development or support of the Game at any time
No obligation is made to maintain compatibility with future versions of Twitch or other third-party services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to:
Inability to access or use the Game
Loss of data, progress, or in-game statistics
Service interruptions caused by third parties
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Game for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Game
Abuse or misuse of Twitch integration in violation of Twitch’s Terms of Service
7. Termination
This license may be terminated automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.
