These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and Blame your Aim, a sole proprietorship based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany (“we”, “us”, “Developer”).
By downloading, installing, or playing Blame your Aim (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by German law, the Game is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every hardware configuration.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under German or EU law.

Under applicable German law, we are fully liable for:
Intentional misconduct

We hope it never comes to this.
However, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Game in cases of violations of these Terms or misuse of the Game.
Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
