END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the developer of Asset & Game Inspector ("Software").

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
Remove or alter any copyright notices
Distribute or resell the Software
Use the Software for illegal purposes

3. STEAM INTEGRATION

This Software requires Steam client to be running. You must comply with Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

4. DATA COLLECTION

The Software scans your local game installations to provide library management features. No personal data is transmitted or collected by the developer.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
