End User License Agreement (EULA) for Planet of Lava – Save the Planet

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Player") and Leschev Games ("Developer/Publisher") regarding your use of Planet of Lava – Save the Planet ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell the Game or any portion thereof without explicit permission.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Cheat, hack, or otherwise exploit the Game
- Use the Game for commercial purposes or in competitions without prior consent
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including graphics, music, code, and text, is the property of the Developer or licensed third parties.
Some assets in the Game, including models, music, sounds, and textures, are used under license or with permission from third-party authors. Full credits are available in the Game's Credits section.
Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer is not responsible for data loss, bugs, or other damages arising from use of the Game.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this EULA.
