END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and Obliviant Interactive (“Developer”, “We”, “Us”).
By installing, accessing, or using the game (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant (No Ownership)
The Game is licensed, not sold.
Obliviant Interactive grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for private, non-commercial purposes only.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game remain the exclusive property of Obliviant Interactive.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share the Game
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game
Circumvent or tamper with any protection, integrity, or security measures
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
Upload or distribute the Game or its assets outside of authorized platforms
3. User-Generated Content & Streaming
You may create and share gameplay videos, screenshots, and livestreams, provided they do not misrepresent the Game or claim ownership of it.
This permission may be revoked if content is used in a harmful, misleading, or unlawful way.
4. Updates and Changes
We may update, patch, or modify the Game at any time.
We are not obligated to provide updates or continue support indefinitely.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obliviant Interactive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obliviant Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
You use the Game at your own risk.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Residantial Country of Obliviant Interactive, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
