END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) FOR Time Cube Last Updated: [Date, e.g., January 16, 2026]This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and Levitate Waves, an independent game development company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for Time Cube (the “Game”), including any updates, patches, expansions, downloadable content, and related services (collectively, the “Software”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game on a single device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license includes the right to use, reproduce, display, and publicly perform the Unreal® Engine technology (the “Licensed Technology”) solely as incorporated into the Game in object code form, inseparable from the Game, and only to the extent necessary for your permitted use of the Game. You may not use the Licensed Technology for any other purpose, including incorporating it into your own products, services, or projects.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Game or any part thereof, including the Licensed Technology, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any rights under this EULA.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Game, including those of the Company or Epic Games, Inc.
Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or harms the company or Epic Games, Inc.
Exploit the Game for commercial purposes, including but not limited to operating it in a commercial establishment or using it to generate revenue without our prior written consent.
Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Game.
Any attempt to do so is a violation of this EULA and may result in termination of your license, legal action, or both.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Company owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the original content, artwork, music, code, characters, storylines, and other elements created or owned by the Company (collectively, “Company IP”). You receive no ownership rights in the Game or Company IP—only the limited license described above.The Licensed Technology (Unreal® Engine) is owned by Epic Games, Inc., and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Company retains all of Epic Games, Inc.’s copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices as they appear in the Licensed Technology. Your use of the Licensed Technology is subject to Epic Games, Inc.’s rights, and you agree not to take any action that tarnishes or harms Epic Games, Inc.’s trademarks or reputation.Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. All rights in the Licensed Technology not expressly granted herein are reserved by Epic Games, Inc.
4. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If the Game permits you to create, upload, or share user-generated content (“UGC”), you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your UGC in connection with the Game and our business. You represent that your UGC does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove or moderate UGC at our discretion.UGC must not incorporate or use the Licensed Technology outside of the Game.
5. Updates and Support
We may provide updates, patches, or new content for the Game at our discretion. This EULA applies to all such updates. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates.
6. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE GAME AND LICENSED TECHNOLOGY ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND EPIC GAMES, INC. DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND LIABILITIES RELATED TO THE LICENSED TECHNOLOGY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. You use the Game at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or be compatible with your device.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR EPIC GAMES, INC., NOR THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.Our total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (if any).
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Virginia.
10. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign this EULA without our consent. We may assign it freely.
Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes prior agreements.
Amendments: We may update this EULA by posting a new version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
