This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Haze Games Inc., a company registered in Montréal, Q.C., Canada ("Company"), governing your use of Fractal Space ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Haze Games Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant ownership of the Software.
You agree not to:

• Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Software.
  
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software.
  
• Use the Software for unlawful or commercial purposes.
  
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

The Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and associated content, remains the exclusive property of Haze Games Inc.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Haze Games Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Software.
Haze Games Inc. may terminate this license at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles.
