END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO) ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") for the mobile/PC game application LASTGIRL SURVIVOR ("Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Application.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
b) Copy, modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO) or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.
d) Use the Application for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to the use of cheats, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Application experience.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO).
4. MODIFICATIONS TO APPLICATION
DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
5. TERMINATION
This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO). DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO) may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice. This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO), in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your device.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO) expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Application.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of DDMINI (KIM DONG WOO) and any of its suppliers under any provision of this EULA and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Application (if any).
