1. PRE-RELEASE DESIGNATION AND EVALUATION USE
This Software is a pre-release version ("Beta" or "Review Build") provided to you solely for the purposes of Quality Assurance (QA), testing, and evaluation. It does not represent the final product.

Evaluation Only: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Software strictly for evaluation and content creation purposes. Commercial exploitation beyond the scope of content creation (e.g., selling the software, reselling access) is strictly prohibited.

As-Is Condition: You acknowledge that the Software is in development and may contain bugs, errors, or stability issues.

2. MEDIA, STREAMING, AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
If you broadcast, stream, record, or publish content regarding this Software ("Streaming"):

Mandatory Disclosure: You agree to clearly and visibly disclose to your audience (verbally or via on-screen text) that the Software is a "Pre-Release," "Beta," or "Early Access" version.

Representation: You agree not to market or represent the current state of the Software as the final retail experience. You acknowledge that features, visuals, and performance are subject to change prior to the official release.

3. STRICT NON-DISTRIBUTION
The license granted herein applies to the use of the Software binary but specifically excludes the right of distribution.

No Sharing: You generally and explicitly agree not to distribute, upload, host, copy, transfer, or otherwise make the Software executable, installer, or related game files available to any third party, public file repository, or peer-to-peer network.

Accountability: You are responsible for maintaining the security of the copy of the Software provided to you. Leaked builds traced to your unique identifier may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

4. HEALTH WARNING: PHOTOSENSITIVE SEIZURES
Malware Tycoon contains many instances of rapidly flashing lights. Read this warning carefully before playing.
A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures" while watching video games.

These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling down or striking nearby objects.

Immediately stop playing and consult a doctor if you experience any of these symptoms. Parents should watch for or ask their children about the above symptoms. Children and teenagers are more likely than adults to experience these seizures.

5. RESTRICTIONS ON USE (ANTI-TAMPER)
You agree strictly not to, and not to allow others to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code from, or create derivative works of this Software, in whole or in part.

Bypass, disable, or tamper with any security, encryption, or copy protection features implemented in the Software.

Modify or alter the Software in any way not expressly authorized by the Developer.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
This Software is designed to respect your privacy.

No Personal Data Collection: The Software does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) or usage data from your device.

Local Storage: Any game progress or settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to external servers.

ACCEPTANCE
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, uninstall and do not use the Software.
