End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: By installing, downloading, or using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your clicking "Install" or using the Software. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. By using the Software, you also agree to these Terms and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
The Software utilizes third-party AI models to generate text, images, audio, and 3D models (collectively "Output"). Due to AI limitations, Outputs may be inaccurate, misleading, or offensive. The Developer is not liable for any Output. AI responses are for entertainment only and do not reflect the Developer’s views or constitute professional advice.
The Software offers paid Subscriptions and virtual Tokens. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once Tokens are consumed or Subscription features are accessed, they are strictly non-refundable. Refund requests must comply with Steam's Refund Policy; however, consumed digital assets are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You strictly agree NOT to: (1) Generate any content depicting minors in a sexually explicit or exploitative manner (Zero Tolerance); (2) Impersonate real individuals or create non-consensual deepfakes; (3) Generate hate speech, harassment, or incite violence. The Developer reserves the right to implement technical restrictions against users who violate these terms, including but not limited to refusing specific generation requests, restricting, or terminating the user's access to AI generation services.
Subject to these Terms, you own the Output you generate, subject to applicable local laws regarding AI-generated content. You grant the Developer a limited, worldwide license to host/process your content to provide the service. We value privacy: private inputs are not used for model training unless you explicitly opt-in.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. The Software is provided "AS IS." Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved via individual arbitration, waiving class action rights.
