This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Haojianbo (hereinafter referred to as the "Author") for the software product Crepuscule Alley (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Install and use the Game on devices that you legally own

Play the Game for personal entertainment purposes

subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. OWNERSHIP

All intellectual property rights, ownership, and copyrights of the Game (including but not limited to all code, art resources, music, sound effects, text, and game design) are owned by the Author, Haojianbo. The Game is protected by the copyright laws of China and international copyright treaties.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

Copy, modify, adapt, or translate the Game or any part thereof

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game

Remove or alter any copyright notices or identifiers in the Game

Use the Game for any commercial purpose (unless expressly authorized in writing by the Author)

Rent, lease, distribute, or transfer the Game

Use the Game for any illegal activities

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. THE AUTHOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Game will meet your requirements

The operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free

Any defects in the Game will be corrected

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR, HAOJIANBO, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. TERMINATION

This license will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8. AMENDMENT

The Author reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon update of the Game or publication through official channels. Your continued use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
