The developer of Echoed Nights (“Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Content and Ownership
Echoed Nights may include content created by third parties. Some of this content has been included under verbal or informal agreements. The Developer does not guarantee full ownership or authorization of all such content. You acknowledge that your use of the Game and any content within it is at your own risk.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your actions while using the Game. The Developer is not responsible for any legal, financial, or other consequences resulting from your use of the Game, including any disputes related to third-party content.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of Echoed Nights, including issues related to third-party content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Game or your violation of this EULA.
Termination
The Developer may terminate your license at any time, without notice, if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Game and delete all copies.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington, United States.
Severability
If any provision of this EULA is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
