Cosmic Order Fleet End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual user) and
DotSpark Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") regarding the video game Cosmic Order Fleet (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").
1. Grant of License The Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use the Game on the Steam platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions Except as expressly authorized in writing by the Licensor, you may not:
Copy, distribute, rent, lease, or transfer the Game.
Reverse engineer, derive source code from, modify, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial profit-making activities.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game.
3. Ownership All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to any works, code, characters, storylines, art assets, music, etc.) remain with the Licensor. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.
5. Termination This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and uninstall it.
6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [USA].
