END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and John Davies (JDVanguard) ("Developer") regarding the use of the video game The Vanguard Expanse 4065 ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly for your personal, non-commercial use on devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT The Software is licensed, not sold. John Davies (JDVanguard) retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, code, assets, storylines, and game mechanics. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

3. RESTRICTIONS You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Software.
Modify: Modify, adapt, improve, or create derivative works from the Software without the Developer's explicit written consent.
Redistribute: Sell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
Cheating/Exploits: Use automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorised third-party software to modify or automate the Software in a manner not intended by the Developer, particularly if such use affects the experience of other users or the integrity of the game economy.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & MODS If the Software allows you to create content (mods, save files, custom scenarios):
You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional or game-related purposes.
You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. UPDATES AND DLC The Developer may provide updates, patches, or downloadable content ("DLC") at their discretion. This Agreement applies to all such updates and DLC unless accompanied by a separate license. The Developer is under no obligation to provide support or updates indefinitely.
6. TERMINATION This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL JOHN DAVIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.
9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
