END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Rusty Vein
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the game
“Rusty Vein” (“Game”) developed by Golden Town (“Developer”).
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license
to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions
────────────────────────────────────────
You may not:
• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Modify the Game or distribute unauthorized mods
• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or automation tools
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and its contents are owned by
Golden Town or its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game.

4. Third-Party Software

The Game is developed using the Unity® Engine.
This product also uses FMOD Studio by Firelight Technologies Pty Ltd.
Unity Technologies and Firelight Technologies Pty Ltd do not assume any
responsibility for the content or operation of the Game.

5. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular
purpose, merchantability, or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability
────────────────────────────────────────
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Town shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive
damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Game.

7. Termination
────────────────────────────────────────
This license will terminate automatically if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.

8. Governing Law
────────────────────────────────────────
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of Korea.
