Esports Manager: FPS

By installing, copying, or otherwise using Esports Manager: FPS ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, or transfer the Game except as permitted by Steam
  
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
  
• Create derivative works based on the Game

The Game, including all code, graphics, sounds, and other content, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright laws. This license does not grant you ownership of the Game.

Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/).

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
