END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for the video game “THUG DESTROYER”

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “You”, or “Licensee”) and Thug Destroyer Gang (“Publisher”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), the publisher of the horror video game titled “Thug Destroyer” (“Game”).
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR PLAYING THE GAME VIA THE STEAM PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR PLAY THE GAME.
1. **LICENSE GRANT**
The Publisher grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game solely for your personal, non‑commercial entertainment purposes on Steam‑authorized devices. This license does not give you any ownership rights in the Game.
2. **RESTRICTIONS**
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
b) Create derivative works based on the Game.
c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game.
d) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
e) Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods not explicitly approved by the Publisher, or any third‑party software designed to modify the Game’s behavior or give an unfair advantage.
f) Exploit the Game or its assets for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
3. **OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY**
The Game, including but not limited to its code, art, music, sound effects, voice lines, character designs, story, dialogue, horror elements, and all other content, is the exclusive property of Thug Destroyer Gang or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by the Publisher.
4. **CONTENT WARNING – HORROR GAME**
“Thug Destroyer” is a horror game that may contain intense psychological horror, jump scares, flashing lights, loud sudden noises, disturbing imagery, and themes of violence. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are aware of these elements and assume all risk of any physical or emotional reaction they may cause. The Publisher is not liable for seizures, anxiety attacks, or other reactions triggered by the Game. If you have a history of epilepsy or photosensitivity, consult a physician before playing.
5. **USER-GENERATED CONTENT (if the Game includes modding or video capture)**
If the Game permits you to create, record, or share content (e.g., videos, screenshots, mods) featuring the Game (“UGC”), you retain ownership of your original UGC. However, you grant Thug Destroyer Gang a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your UGC for any purpose, including promoting the Game. You are solely responsible for your UGC and agree not to create UGC that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third‑party rights.
6. **PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION**
The Game may collect certain non‑personally identifiable data (e.g., gameplay metrics, crash reports, hardware specifications) to improve performance and the player experience. Any data collected by the Steam platform (e.g., username, playtime, achievements) is governed by Valve Corporation’s Privacy Policy. 7. **DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES**
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. THE PUBLISHER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR‑FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF BUGS, GLITCHES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. **LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THUG DESTROYER GANG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME (OR, IF YOU RECEIVED THE GAME FOR FREE, $10 USD).
9. **TERMINATION**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and uninstall all copies. Termination does not limit any other rights the Publisher may have under law or equity.
10. **GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
