End User License Agreement (EULA)
Faehnor Online – Wyrd Ark
1. Purpose of the Agreement
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter “EULA”) governs the use of the game Faehnor Online and its client (hereinafter “the Game”), published by Wyrd Ark.
By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this EULA.
2. Granted License
Wyrd Ark grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license allowing you to install and use the Game for strictly personal and non‑commercial purposes.
This license does not grant you any intellectual property rights over the Game.
3. User Account
Access to the Game requires creating an account on the official website.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account.
Multiple accounts are prohibited. Any violation may result in the permanent suspension of the account(s) concerned.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
-modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the Game’s source code;
-bypass security systems or use unauthorized tools (bots, cheat software, automation, modification, etc.);
-use private servers, proxies, emulators, or any other means not provided by Wyrd Ark to access the Game;
-exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an advantage;
-distribute, sell, rent, or transfer the Game or its files;
-use the Game in any way that may damage or disrupt its operation.
Any violation may result in sanctions, including permanent account suspension.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Game or its features (chat, interactions, exchanges, etc.) to:
-insult, harass, threaten, or harm other players;
-share illegal, shocking, discriminatory, or offensive content;
-organize, promote, or participate in illegal activities;
-send spam, advertising, or unsolicited messages;
-attempt to disrupt the Game or negatively affect other players’ experience.
Any violation may result in sanctions, including temporary or permanent account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Game (code, universe, mechanics, text, visuals, audio, virtual items, characters, etc.) are the exclusive property of Wyrd Ark or its partners.
Virtual items, currencies, and elements obtained in‑game have no real‑world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
7. Updates
The Game may be subject to updates or modifications.
To continue playing, you agree to install these updates.
The Game, its client, and its updates form an indivisible whole.
8. Data and Security
The Game only uses the data necessary for its operation (account, progression, technical data).
You are responsible for the security of your account and your device.
Wyrd Ark cannot be held responsible for account loss resulting from credential sharing or negligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is.”
Wyrd Ark does not guarantee:
-the absence of errors, bugs, or interruptions;
-compatibility of the Game with all hardware or configurations;
-permanent preservation of game data.
Wyrd Ark cannot be held responsible for data loss, indirect damages, or harm related to the use of the Game.
10. Termination
Wyrd Ark may suspend or terminate your access to the Game in case of violation of this EULA or the Game’s rules.
You may close your account at any time via the official website.
11. EULA Updates
Wyrd Ark may update this EULA.
The most recent version prevails.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Game.
12. Compliance with the Terms of Use
Using the Game requires compliance with Wyrd Ark’s Terms of Use, available on the official Faehnor Online website: https://faehnor-online.fr/fr/cgu/
In case of contradiction between this EULA and the Terms of Use, the EULA prevails for all matters related to software usage, and the Terms of Use prevails for all matters related to account usage, the website, online services, and interactions between users.
Health Warning – Photosensitivity
Some individuals may experience epileptic seizures or visual disturbances when exposed to flashing lights or certain patterns present in video games.
If you are prone to such conditions, we strongly advise against playing Faehnor Online.
