END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Duende Games ("Licensor") and you, the individual who installs, copies, or uses this software ("User").

3. ONLINE CONDUCT AND VOICE CHAT
Baby's Day Out is a multiplayer experience. Users must adhere to the following rules in all online interactions:
Voice Chat: The use of voice communication for harassment, insults, hate speech, or the dissemination of illegal content is strictly prohibited.
In-Game Trolling: While the use of intended "troll" mechanics within the game's design is permitted, it must not escalate into personal attacks or targeted harassment of other players.
Duende Games reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to online services for any user who violates these rules.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Duende Games does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or other incidental damages arising from the use of the Software.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically if the User fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.
7. GOVERNING LAW
