END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and G-girls ("Developer") regarding the use of the game "FLUFF SWING" ("Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software or any part of it.
- Use the Software for illegal purposes.
4. Streaming and Video Content
You are allowed to record, stream, and publish gameplay videos or live streams of the Software, including monetized content, provided that such use does not imply endorsement by the Developer.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss or system failure.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
