END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Voidshift
Last Updated: 2027
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You”) and Retro Ripple Studios (“Developer”) regarding your use of the video game Voidshift (“Game”).
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Game.
1. License & Use Rights
When you purchase Voidshift, you own your copy of the Game for personal use.
Retro Ripple Studios grants you the right to install, play, and enjoy Voidshift on your personal devices. This Agreement exists only to outline fair use and protect the work behind the Game — not to limit normal play, enjoyment, or discussion.
2. Content Creation & Streaming
You are explicitly allowed to:
Record, stream, and share gameplay footage
Create videos, streams, reviews, speedruns, and commentary
Monetize videos or streams featuring the Game
No permission is required for content creation, as long as you do not claim ownership of the Game or its assets.
3. Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit others to:
Sell, redistribute, or repackage the Game or its files
Extract or reuse game assets (models, textures, audio, music, code) outside the Game
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game for redistribution
Use the Game or its assets as part of another product without written permission
These restrictions exist to prevent asset theft and unauthorized redistribution — not to restrict creative expression.
4. Intellectual Property
Voidshift, Edenway Market, and all associated characters, names, visuals, audio, and narrative elements are the creative property of Retro Ripple Studios or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Third-Party & Public Domain Content
The Game may include third-party content that is original, licensed, or in the public domain.
Public-domain music recordings are used where applicable and in accordance with their legal status.
6. No Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind. While care has been taken to ensure quality, Retro Ripple Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retro Ripple Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to data loss, hardware issues, or software conflicts.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect unless materially violated. In the event of serious misuse (such as asset theft or redistribution), access to the Game may be revoked.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
